This article aims to study the compression ignition characteristics fuelled with polanga-turpentine oil blends. The fuel blend is prepared by blending the turpentine oil at 30%, 50%, and 70% with 70%, 50% and 30% of polanga oil. The experiment is conducted on a 4-stroke constant speed compression ignition engine. At rated power, T70P30 shows 8.57%, 7.50%, 4.06%, 7.89%, 54.59%, 70.60%, 6.69% and 22.02% higher EE, ExE, SI, PICO, PIHC, PICO2 and PINO compared to diesel at full load conditions. SCR technique can be used to reduce NO and CO2 emissions.
