Evaluation of daily management with standard deviation and MOOSRA tools in hospitals

Daily management is a tool used to manage business processes and operations. Daily management is an approach used by companies to improve processes. In this study, the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of daily management, which constitute an important part of operational excellence, are included. For the application, in the daily management of a hospital, the important weights of the KPIs were determined in line with the opinions of the experts. Afterward, it was determined which unit was more successful according to these weights. For this purpose, the standard deviation technique, which is one of the multi-criteria decision-making tools, was used in the weighting of the criteria consisting of KPIs. The multi-objective optimization on the basis of simple ratio analysis (MOOSRA) technique, which is one of the multi-criteria decision-making techniques, was used in ordering the departments.
