The measurement of performance in logistics management is an important issue for companies to achieve excellence in terms of operational excellence. From this point of view, some indicators are used for performance excellence in logistics management. In this study, the criteria determined for the excellence of the performance in logistics management are discussed. It is valuable information as well as how important these criteria are. Therefore, determining the importance values of these criteria is a point to be evaluated. In this study, the DELPHI method was first used to reduce the determined criteria. Then, the criteria that determine the performance of the logistics method are weighted. The stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis (SWARA) method, which is one of the multi-criteria decision techniques, was used for weighting. Accordingly, while on-time delivery was the most important criterion, the order cycle followed this criterion.
